Job Type: Full Time - Flexibility
Dept: Sales/Leasing - Property
Years Experience: 2+ Years Minimum Property Experience (Sales/Leasing) OR Heavy background within High Net worth Sales (Products, Financial Services, Luxury Services)
1. Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales and/OR Leasing (in those territories assigned to you) either independently or in conjunction with other Sales & Leasing Agents.
2. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their Sales and Rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
3. Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Sales & Leasing Manger promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
4. Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system.
5. Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.
Requirements
• Must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage. Both verbal & written.
• Strong background within either Real Estate (Sales OR Leasing) OR High Networth Sales (Products, Financial services, luxury services etc).
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
• Must have a valid Driving License
