Job description / Role
Salary: Up to 10,000 AED Plus commissions average earnings up to 20,000 AED
One of our most prestigious Real Estate Clients is expanding their team and seeking a Russian Speaking Property Consultant to develop the market within their business.
Working with the Head of Commercial you will be responsible for the continued development of the division including building an effective database of potential clientele and sell the companys rich inventory.
Your ability to develop relationships and strategically plan how to achieve targets will be important as will your can do will do approach to achieving targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and develop leads
- Turn leads into sales
- Continued marketing of the products
- Competitor and market knowledge
- Achieve targets
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English
- 3 yrs experience in Property Sales
- Business Degree and Certifications in real estate
- Working knowledge of real estate sales laws
- Driven, and excellent relationship builder
