Property Consultant

Job description / Role

- Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Industry / Investment Sales / Financial Products.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
- Interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site.
- Discuss conditions of Sales and overseeing the signing of all documentation.
- Investigate clients financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Good customer services skills to deal day to day with all inquiries and cultivate future relationships with future clients.

Salary 10-15k plus commission and benefits
Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday to Thursday & Saturday (On call)

Requirements

- Arab National preferred
- Arabic speaking is preferred
- Must have over 4 years experiences in real estate Industry / Investment Sales / Financial Products.
- Must have experience in developments
- Must have experience in direct sales
- Must include picture on application
