Property Consultant

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Negotiate and arrange real estate sales, rentals and purchases.
- Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, present purchase / rental offers to sellers / landlords for consideration.
- Develop excellent market awareness of the property market in Dubai
- List properties directly from the landlords, with proof of ownership
- Organize the viewings of properties with the Property Coordinator, for internal (from Move One) or external clients.
- Promote the rental or sales of properties through viewings, advertisements, open houses.
- Make hand overs, inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
- In case of sales, act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, dynamic, enthusiastic, results oriented with a positive outlook and will have a clear focus on high quality. Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate or Sales
- Preference for University graduate or equivalent.
- RERA Certification is preferred.
- UAE driver's license and own car are mandatory
