Job description / Role
Property Consultants
- Liaising with landlords and tenats
- Creating leads and generating data base
- Leasing and subleasing apartments and villas
- Knowledge of rera required
- Arrange for viewing and moving in of the tenants
- Collection of final dewa and service bills
- Following up on a lead till the deal closes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a real estate or a property management company.
- Should be rera certified.
- Candidates with own car and holding valid uae driving license will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
