Job description / Role
Experienced Leasing and Sales Consultants required for established, well respected Real Estate Brokers in Dubai.
Role comprises of:
Listing properties - Servicing incoming leads and proactively sourcing new business.
Obtaining listing instructions - Liaising and meeting with landlords and sellers and valuations, taking property details and photographs
Marketing and Promoting of properties – Administration, inputting new instructions onto CRM including adverts, Gulf News
Negotiating – Agreeing prices and terms for sales and leasing contracts
Customer Care – Ensuring sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords are contacted regularly and due care
Networking – Sales Consultants with banks, mortgage brokers, surveyors, other real estate brokers and Leasing Consultants with relocation agents and other relevant contacts
Cross Sell Services – Offering additional services including mortgage advise and property management
Requirements
Candidates must have the following:
At least 1 year of real estate or sale experience either in the UK or UAE
Be fluent in English
Well presented and professional in appearance
Computer literate
Driving License
Good telephone manner
Motivated and determined, with a proven sale track record
Provide 2 professional references
