Job description / Role
Rent, buy or sell property for clients, accompany clients to property sites, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Include agents who represent buyer.
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
Act as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Determine competitive market price. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Display commercial and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
Evaluate mortgage options.
Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.
Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Visit properties to assess them.
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
Requirements
Skills
Managerial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Delivery focused, organized and having an ability to plan and manage own workload.
Developing new Customers.
Able to identify further business opportunities.
Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
