Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with leads
Buyer and seller consultations
Client viewings
Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities
Source potential clients and establish a good work relationship
Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property within the UAE
Ensure potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate information regarding properties

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years experience in the field of Dubai Real Estate Market.
Must be a dynamic , Hardworking, positive attitude Sales Professional with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team player.
RERA Course
Fluent in English language
Impeccable communication skills
Ethical, honest and self motivated
A valid UAE driving license with car
A good track record for sales
Arabic Speakers are most welcome
Good knowledge in Dubai
