Job description / Role
Required Property Consultants for Al Habtoor Properties LLC:
- Source Properties for both sales & leasing in Dubai.
- Generate client leads such as Buyers, Investors, Tenants. Promoting properties to prospective clients.
- Preparing advertisements for open houses and listings. Setting appointments to show properties to clients.
- Preparing documents such as MOUs, Tenancy Contracts, Title Deeds, SPAs and Leases.
- Ensure an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients.
Requirements
- From a Real Estate or high net-worth Sales background - Financial Services, Auto sales.
- Sales OR Leasing experience (2+ Years) preferred.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive with details and facts.
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards.Good computer skills, proficient in CRM, word, excel.
Commission:
From 50% upto 70% + Company Visa + RERA + CRM and online advertising
