The RoleThe RoleOur client, one of the leading property developers in the region, is looking to recruit a Property Consultant. Job Responsibilities: Develop a potential client base and agent network through quality customer service. Initiate and close deals. Keep up to date with market trends and prices. Create business opportunities. To liaise and establish contacts with major property brokers both within and outside UAE, conduct presentations on properties to clients, assist clients with handover of properties and prepare contracts and invoices. |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum two years experience in UAE real estate is required. The ideal candidate should have thorough understanding of the UAE Real Estate market and preferably worked with premium property developers in the region. Preference would be given to the following nationalities: Arab/Russian/Iranian/Mandarin/African/German. The candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated individuals with strong personality , convincing skills and excellent communication skills. |
