Job description / Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Real Estate sales professional to join their expanding organization. You must be self-motivated with a results driven personality. Our client offers an excellent commission structure as well as ongoing incentives. A car, mobile and laptop provided as well as qualified and exclusive leads. Medical Insurance will also be provided by the Company.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- To negotiate between buyers and sellers
- Liaise with lenders, inspectors, and colleagues to ensure that terms and conditions of all agreements are met
- Presenting purchase offers to seller
- Interviewing clients to establish their needs, then show them the relevant properties
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices and legal requirements
- Preparing representation contracts and all required agreements
- Overseeing the signing of all documentation
- Coordinating property closings

Requirements

- 1 years Real Estate Experience in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills
- Honesty and hardworking
- Aggressive yet polite attitude
- Self-Motivated and tenacious
- Presentable
