Forest Real Estate is on the lookout for experienced and professional property consultants to join its multinational team. Located at the prestigious Marina Plaza in the heart of Dubai Marina, For Est Real Estate offers a state-of-the-art, contemporary and fully equipped office. We provide you with the best advertising and marketing tools both online and offline, ensuring maximum exposure for your property listings.
We offer high ranking positions in over 40 top property websites as well as signboards, billboards, business cards, leaflets, etc. With our large client database, you have the opportunity to network and work with some of the most exclusive high net worth individuals including Forbes listed billionaires and the 0.1% wealthiest people in the world. Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Maintain regular contact with developers, investors and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via calls, emails, letters and meeting
- Attend property viewings with prospective clients
- Follow up with leads
- Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services
- Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents
- Complete details of properties which includes photo shoots, arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients, etc.
- Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentations and seminars.
Compensation package:

Requirements
- A graduate in any field or at least possess high school diploma/certificate
- Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer relations expertise
- Holds a valid UAE or international driving license
- RERA Certification is an advantage
- Computer literate
- At least 1 years experience in real estate
- Proven sales track record
