Job description / Role

- Preparing documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Consultations for Landlords and Tenants
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other
- Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities.
- Arrange viewings for clients

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Pleasant personality
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate
- Discipline, organized and excellent negotiator
