Salary: up to 8000 AED plus Benefits (Immediate Start)

For over a decade, our Client has been at the forefront of the Middle Easts luxury real estate market. With an enduring passion for design and quality, the company has built a reputation for creating some of the most iconic and desirable properties in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon.

Established in 2002, they have delivered almost 11,000 units to date and has a development portfolio of over 26,000 units at various stages of progress and planning as of Jun 2014.

A global leader in branded real estate, developing over US$1 billion hotel and luxury serviced residences in the Burj area of Dubai, which will comprise the first Paramount Hotel & Serviced Residences in the region. This includes mansions, villas, luxurious apartments and a retail centre all over Middle East country.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join their team, who will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate (Any).

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of core sales experience in the domain of Real Estate in a performance driven environment.

Skills:
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Friendly and pleasant Personality.
Excellent negotiator.
Available by phone or e-mail.
Good communication skill.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Have a clear memory of names, faces, and business specifics.
Should have up to date working knowledge of the Middle East as Direct Sales.
Must be a dynamic Sales Professional with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team play.
Good presentation and communication skills are a must.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in another language is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
