Job description / Role
The Client, a large Family Group are looking for Property Consultants for their Sales & Leasing teams.
Generation of income through the Brokerage activities of sale and rent of properties outside the company ownership.
- Providing guidance to sellers and prospective buyers regarding the current market trends, property listings, preparing related documents & reports.
- Acquiring properties from Landlords to be listed with the company.
- Study and review outsource property listings, trends, trade journals and relevant literature
- Analyse and compare a property listed to determine its competitive market price and negotiate with the seller to adjust his price
- Create and organise a distribution and marketing strategy for the listed properties
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listings services
- Solicit and compile listings of available properties
- Advise prospective clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, trends etc.
- Attend conventions, seminars, and meetings to remain knowledgeable about the market trends
- Liaising with clients to accommodate their rental/sales requirements, interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources.
- Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Forwarding payments and documents to real estate Company for payments received on their behalf.
- Develop networks of Attorneys, mortgage lenders, bankers, real estate agents, developers and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Accreditation from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
Skills:
- High negotiation skills
- Excellent communication ad interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, second language is an advantage
- Time Management
- Excellent computer skills
- Good Critical thinking
- Mathematical skills
- 2-3 years of Real Estate Experience or candidates that come from a high net worth sales background
