The RoleThe RoleLiaising with clients in order to accommodate their sales and rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found. Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Sales & Leasing Manger promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts. Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system. Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances. |
RequirementsRequirementsMust have a minimum one – two years of real estate sales and leasing experience. OR come from a heavy Sales background within High Networth products. Must have excellent communications skills in English (verbal & written). Computer Proficient: MS Office (especially Word & Outlook) and Internet. Must have a Driving License and a car. Native English speakers will be preferred for this role. Maintain high professional standards and work ethics. Be hungry for success & financial gain. |
