Job description / Role
A leading Dubai based Retailer is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Property Leasing Manager to look after some of their most prestigious international brands. You will be responsible for every aspect of the leasing process across the UAE, from identifying suitable Malls and spaces and negotiating with the landlord through to the agreement of MOUs and LOIs.
You will need to be familiar with how to draw up leases and be confident at pitching to perspective clients about the brands.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from the brand side of retail leasing and have extensive contacts throughout the UAE in terms of Landlords and Mall Operators. You will need to be flexible and able to work autonomously. Up to date knowledge on the current retail market is a must.
