Title: Property Lister

Salary: 5000 AED Plus High Commission

Location: Dubai

Our client is one of the most successful British owned Real Estate companies in Dubai and the Middle East.
The company offers a strong infrastructure top quality training as well as having state of the art offices.

Due to their rapid growth they are now looking for Property Lister’s who come from a strong sales background to join their team.

Requirements

The key element of this role will be the ability to produce results in generating listing opportunities for the sale of residential & commercial premises.

You must have great communication skills as you’ll be winning new properties from different landlords, negotiating rates and them passing them onto the sales team.

The right candidate MUST also have excellent sales skills.

You will be speaking to clients over the phone providing exceptional standards of service and building lasting relationships with your clients that should never diminish. Accuracy, patience, attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism are some of the qualities and abilities that will be expected of the right candidate.

In addition to being highly self-motivated with a competitive desire to take responsibility for your own income you will need to be highly organised and able to prioritise and plan your time, so as to maximise your efforts.

My clients offer a basic salary of 5000 AED and a high commission package is also included, which will reflect the hard work and innovation that you put into the business.
