Job description / Role
A leading F&B group is seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to look after the expansion of all their brands. The Property Manager will be tasked with sourcing and locating suitable outlets and locations for the brands, Negotiating with landlords and ensuring lease agreements are completed correctly. This is a crucial role as the company has very aggressive expansion plans for the coming months.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have experience within an F&B environment and must have a proven track record in property management. You must also be comfortable with negotiating lease agreements for F&B outlets and be able to demonstrate this.
