Property Manager

Job description / Role

We are in need of a Property Manager, to take care of our new Premium three and four bed room furnished apartments 244 units and 4 bed room duplex flats of 16 units located in Doha. He will have a team of around 80 staff, that includes Accounts & Administration, Maintenance, Security.

Requirements

The candidate should be qualified, with minimum ten years of working experience with proven track record.
Candidates with highest leadership qualities, integrity and professionalism in the field preferred.
Candidates experienced in the gulf area preferred.
Age up to 45 years.
Motivation of Sales, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, expert in commercial Real Estate Property Management and managing multinational work force is a must.
