Property Managing Director - Property - Kenya

The successful Senior Mall Manager will be responsible for:
- Accountable for 250 thousand square metres of the mall.
- Managing all aspects of the buildings maintenance.
- Negotiating both pre-existing tenants leases and new tenant leases.
- Responsible for maximizing the value of the mall to increase turnover.
- Reporting to the operations manager in Russian.
- Managing a team of 15 people.

Requirements

- 5-8 years experience in Property Management ideally Managing Malls.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian.
- Have a track record of maximising shopping revenue.
- Worked in an environment dealing with High End / luxury brands.
- International experience is preferred.
