The Role


The Role

My client is a locally owned real estate company, they are currently looking for a Property Operations Coordinator to join their Dubai based office.

You will be responsible for:

Units handing / taking over

Attend tenants complains and internally coordinate for solutions

Follow with tenants on any pending matter such as rent payments

Conduct properties inspection

Ensure proper delivery of soft services (i.e. cleaning, security, pest control, etc.)

Property signage

Parking management

Prepare weekly property operations report and submit to line manager

Property management and administration of all common areas across the portfolio

Dealing with relevant local authorities as and when needed

Create and maintain an up to date property inventory list

Built an amicable relation with tenants through direct communication and visits.

Attend emergencies situation as directed by line manager

Requirements


Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in property management within UAE property management company

Customer service oriented

Problems solving skill

Good negotiation skill

BSc degree in any related field

Proficient in communicating in English language, Arabic will be an added advantage

UAE market knowledge

Female candidate will be considered
