JOB DESCRIPTION:

Establish network and database of property owners (Sellers/Landlords).

Convince and advise owners on Selling and/or Renting their properties.

Attend to Leads assignment.

Owner Leads: Get property details, request for ownership documents (Passport copy+visa page, copy of Title deed or Oqood), schedule photo shoot, fill the listing form, submit to listing officer the form and the photos to start advertising of the property.

Buyer/Tenant Leads: Attend to phone/email enquiry, give property details, schedule viewing, get an offer and close the deal.

Update property listings and leads in the CRM system.

Research on current property market trends.

Familiarize and prepare the RERA Forms from emart (Form A,B, F) when needed.

Prepare and complete documents upon submission of claiming commission.

Attend mandatory sales meeting.

Meet Set Sales Target by the management.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Be a team player.

Professional and polite.

Be passionate about the property market and your listings and be able to advise the client on how best to present their property in order to achieve a quick sale.

Be organized, detail oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills and be able to negotiate a deal between a buyer and a seller.

Be Ethical and honest with both your clients and your work colleagues.
