Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We have an excellent opportunity with one of the largest and well known luxury property development company in Middle East.

Our client is looking for presentable, young, confident, enthusiastic and assertive individuals to join their Sales Team in Dubai and to make a mark in Property Sales

The main purpose of the role is ensuring the achievement of defined Property Sales Targets in the local and international markets through lead generation.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
1. Achieving Sales Targets every month.
2. Develop good network with HNIs and other potential investors/customers.
3. Lead Generation through cold calling, meetings and referencing.

Requirements

1. You will have at least 2 years of target-driven sales experience.
2. You will have direct sales background and experience in Real Estate, Investment, Financial Products, Life Insurance, Brokerage, Luxury Products and/or Automotive.
3. You will high degree of perseverance and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
4.You should possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, be flexible and adaptable.
5. You must be highly articulate, very confident and presentable with strong real sales ability.
