Job description / Role
Property Sales Manager – Dubai
Responsible for all functions of sales, leasing & marketing.
Developing business plans to help sales team in achieving the sales target
Generating revenue
Preparation of sales reports.
Sell and market across all channels through strategic integrated marketing and branding strategies
Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports
Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses
Exceeding targets
Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree educated
7+ years experience in property sales
Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets, Arabic speaker preferred.
