Job description / Role
• Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales & leasing, reviewing property listings, visiting property sites with prospective clients, discussing legal circumstances of the sale, and examining Real Estate tenancy contracts.
• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
• Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, when details of transactions need to be negotiated, generally representing one or the other.
• Draw up legal agreements between sellers and buyers.
• Response to client’s questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements or maintenance.
• Confer with lenders and home inspectors to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
• Be able to generate leads through newspapers, real estate portals, referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are motivated to develop their skills and take a step forward into sales and want to take advantage of the flourishing Dubai Real Estate market.
• Have a minimum of 2 years UAE Real estate experience.
• Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s license
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
• With a good Computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Presentable and team player with a strong team ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with strong networking skills.
