Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To assist the Property Coordinator and the Property Manager and other UDC personnel in the managing of residential properties and communal areas for clients of TPQ.
- To Coordinate with the property coordinator and the FM company to assist in the preparation of apartments and the handover process
- To Conduct new tenant orientations, presentations and related communications
- To Provide high quality customer service to all UDC and NON-UDC TPQ Residents
- Utility coordination with tenants and Kahrama, Q-Cool for metering, signs and other related issues on application and subscription and daily complaints
- To Assist all tenant complaints on a daily basis and coordinate with different departments to resolve issues
- To Maintain verbal and written communications with clients, tenants and service providers on issues related to managed properties
- To Process maintenance requests and ensure maintenance work is completed accurately and as per time schedule
- Routinely visit assigned areas to ensure units and common areas are maintained to the highest standard to protect property values.
- Direct performance of in house work force and monitor all works executed by contractors to ensure compliance with government regulations and residential property management standards
- To Prepare all related reporting and documents as instructed by property coordinator including weekly reporting, meeting agenda¡¦s and meeting notes.
- Works well independently as well as in group situations ensuring effective problem resolution
- Identifies areas where improvement in process/ procedure is required and recommends effective solutions.

Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- Experience in residential real estate and strata or body corporate management
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred in a similar role in large residential properties
- Knowledge of unit co-owners or body corporate and strata management processes is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of residential property management methods and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- To be a team player while having the ability to work unsupervised as required
- To treat all clients respectfully and follow up on their requests without question
- Be organized and have the capacity to work under pressure and make deadlines
- To be able to work the necessary hours as required to complete assigned tasks
- Computer literate and with a good knowledge of most commonly used programs
- To convey strong interpersonal skills to clients and peers
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detail oriented and very organized
- Self starter with initiative
- Ability to work with limited supervision as well as within a team
- Can-do positive attitude
- Solution oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficiency with Power Point a plus
- Proficiency with AutoCad beneficial
