Job description / Role
- Maintains and manages the proposal center ParShare site.
- Uploads all incoming new opportunities to ParShare and the proposal drive and distributes to the sectors.
- Prepares of all EOI/regret letters/EOT letters to clients and seeking approvals.
- Prepares all local purchase orders related to the proposal team.
- Performs database searches for information retrieval.
- Retrieves certain data as needed for selected topics such as company experience, number of personnel, disciplines, and other subject areas.
- Assists in the preparation of certain proposal sections, as needed, such CVs and project data sheets, amongst others.
- Assists the proposal team in production tasks as needed.
- Maintains current resumes, job descriptions, company and corporate organizations charts, and other standard materials for proposals. Helps maintain database on previous projects and clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in business development and proposal in an engineering- consulting firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and electronic database management systems, and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong written and oral communications, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in a team.
- Works well under pressure.
