The RoleThe RoleOur client is one of the leading multidisciplinary design firms in the Middle East with a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, residential, hospitality, health care, as well as urban design projects. As Proposals & Contracts Manager you will: - Evaluate technical requirement for proposal in collaboration with other departments. - Finalize and put together technical and financial proposal. - Evaluate contract conditions to minimize exposure. - Identify potential need for specialist sub-consultants. - Report directly to the Managing Principal. |
RequirementsRequirements- Consultancy background is essential. - Arabic & English speaking. - Excellent time management skills & strong numeric ability. - Able to review contract and identify risk areas. - Experience in leading Architectural or Engineering Offices. - Degree in Architecture or Engineering. - Experience in Saudi is preferable but not essential. |
