The RoleThe RoleDuties and responsibilities: • Thorough review of ITT/enquiries and identify the tender requirements. • The candidate shall be familiar with Power Point and Excel, MS Project in order to prepare organization charts, project schedule, commercial formats and calculations, etc… • Responsible to generate all tender documents as required by ITT. • Generate tender essential document such as execution, coordination procedures and plans. • Liaise with Legal Department and management for Tender approval. • Communicate with client in order to response to tender queries and clarifications. • Liaise with internal department QHSE, HR, Operations, etc… in order to prepare relevant documents. • Responsible for registering and updating the Opportunity log and generate summary on monthly basis and on request. • Responsible for filing and archives of proposal documents. • Fully responsible to submit the tender on due date. • Assist the Country Manager and sales department as and when required |
RequirementsRequirementsA Multinational Company, having branch office in Abu Dhabi, seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced and Proposal Engineer to an immediate position on Permanent Contract basis. Minimum qualification requirement: • Minimum 10 years experience in writing proposals and Experience in Third Party Inspection and Certification tenders is must. • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. |
