Proposal Manager
We are currently working with a major PMC Consultancy in the Middle East and as part of their continued growth they are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager, to be based in one of their offices in the UAE.
Job Description
The Proposal Manager will be required to go through invitations to tender and make presentations to discipline engineers that will enable them to have knowledge of the totality of the scope. In addition the Proposal Manager will be required to, and will have experience of pre-qualification exercises, expressions of interest and sub-contract arrangements.
Requirements
The suitable candidate will be degree qualified and will have the following experience:
• A minimum 15-20 years total experience, with a minimum of 10 years experience within the oil & gas industry.
• At least 3 years offshore experience.
• A minimum of 3 years experience having worked in a consultancy company within the Oil and Gas / Upstream Industry.
• Have at least 5 years managerial experience working in a Proposal Department.
• Have a good understanding of all discipline work related to projects – conceptual, detailed engineering, feed and EPCM of onshore, offshore and pipeline projects.
• Fluency in English.
