Job description / Role
Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently seeking a Proposal Manager for their growing team in Dubai.
The key responsibilities of the role are to; define and assemble the core Proposal Project Team and coordinating all personnel needs with the designated manager. The successful candidate should lead the proposal development and ensure that all processes are followed along with providing focal coordination to ensure structured response process and procedures and cohesive staff work, relating to the submissions of new business bids and proposals. The preferable candidate will lead stand up meetings at defined intervals for the specific project and present an overview of the evaluation criteria.
Requirements
In order to apply for the role you must be able to manage your own time to meet deadlines and be a decision maker. In addition, you must be proactive, coordinated and good at problem solving. Preferably you will have a Degree in Business, a minimum of 3-5 years Proposal or Proposal Management experience in a services environment with a foundation level accreditation with APMP and/or Practitioner Level and the ability to complete a criminal record check.
