Employment: Full Time

International Design and Engineering consultancy seek a Proposals Engineer to manage the compilation of competitive proposals, study & analyze Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to create a development plan for each proposal. In addition to facilitate a process to ensure proposal requirements and timelines are met, that only on high quality and error-free proposals are issued
Responsibiilties include:
To build service expertise in a chosen area through hands-on experience and training.
To build awareness of internal business management and commercial functioning.
To take on increasing variety of tasks under the supervision of a senior team member.
To take responsibility for integrating new team members.
To build a reputation for sound & reliable delivery.
To actively contribute to capturing and sharing knowledge within projects and across the team members.
To start to build your own network.
Executive & Technical Responsibilities
To implement persistently work instructions (W.I.) related to the position, as contained in companies quality management system.
To participate in developing plans for ensuring the availability of required materials for proposal compilation and the adherence to companys policies and standards
To maintain and classifying proposal response information into RFP database
To issue final proposal and ensuring the delivery of the final proposal accurately & in a timely manner
To assess resources that will be needed to perform on the proposal.
To work towards the adherence to the overall requirements throughout the proposal development cycle
To develop accurate and compelling descriptions of the projects being cited as examples of past performance
To manage proposal schedule for completion and ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are met
To continue preparing technical and financial offers according to the priorities of delivery and the commitment of delivering on time
To communicate with clients to follow-up on the offers presented to them
To receive offers from clients according to the organization's needs and requirements and specific to each project
- Reports to Relevant Operational Line Manager
- HR Manager Adherence to company policies & procedures.
Coordinating with all concerned departments and staff to ensure that all proposal requirements are prepared as needed.

Requirements

Job Specifications
B.Sc. In Architecture or Engineering, relevant certifications are highly preferable
Minimum three years of experience.

Special Applied Skills
Proficiency level in using computer software related to the position.
Communication skills; verbal, written highly required.
