Job description / Role
- Support with the processing of new, renewals, sponsorship change and cancellations of visas.
- To assist in processing business visas in different agencies
- To assist with processing dependents residencies
- To assist new joiners with processing their medical tests, Qatar Residency Permits and driving licenses.
- To assist with the attestation of documents by the Qatar ministry of foreign affairs
- To keep an accurate record of employees Visas and proactively manage the renewals process.
- To assist in preparing Employment Contracts for all the employees as per the details provided by HR department.
- To assist with providing employees with multiple exit permits and single exit permits.
- To assist in renewals of Company registration and maintaining Company registration paperwork.
- To ensure timely scanning and filing of employee documents
- To support with the organization of new joiner logistics and their inductions
- To ensure an up to date tracker of visas/renewals/sponsorships are recorded on a weekly basis.
- Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager
- Feedback on all business development opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in the same field.
- An Arabic speaker is essential.
- Fluent in English Reading Writing and speaking.
- Experience in the Qatar is essential
- Valid Qatari driving license is essential.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Candidate should present the NOC with maximum one month notice.
