Execute effective and efficient execution of Public Relations function to support the business.

• Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to all kinds of Visas, Labor Quota Approval, Work Permits, Company trade licenses, other required registrations pertaining to employees, Company, Vehicles, etc.
• Liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies and responsible to cultivate and maintain goodwill and healthy business relationships.
• Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments in the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep Human Resources Manager and staff abreast of such changes.
• Address any and all emergency situations that may arise for the company and/or its employees; arrange passport, travel visas, or any document follow-up and delivery to employees as and when needed.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports pertaining to immigration / labor with regard to cancelled/ absconding employees.

Requirements

Qualification:
Relevant discipline

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in managerial position
Extensive Knowledge in Abu Dhabi Labor and immigration laws and procedures,
Documentation knowledge, Government Hierarchy, systems, procedures, protocols bylaws, etc.

Skills:
Arabic & English Languages
Excellent Social skills
Planning and organizing Skills
Proficient in PR related software/applications
Proficient in MS Office

Vigilant and attentive to details

Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory
