Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

We urgently require an accomplished Public Relations and/or Marketing professional for this high profile role within our busy Doha office. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will also liaise with many Heads of Departments in order to deliver marketing needs of KEO in Qatar.

Requirements

Responsibilities include but not limited to;
• Assist HQ with targeted Qatar pre-qualifications documents & e-mags, especially with writing targeted introduction to accompany documents.
• Identify and coordinate submissions for professional rankings and awards entries, identify and coordinate submissions for project based awards entries for the Qatar market and ensuring public awareness in case of award.
• Manage and grow media relationships within Qatar and act as point person for release materials within the Doha office. Assist with writing press releases, articles and publications for KEO Qatar.
• Coordinate all professional photo needs, such as finalized projects or construction milestone.
• Act as a point of contact for all exhibitions and conferences that image center are coordinating within Qatar.
• Research and target speaking opportunities for the Qatar staff at pertinent events and assist key staff and business development leaders in preparation of public speaking slots and client presentations.
• Assist with social media objectives, rounding up materials and topics that could fit into a calendar of ‘feeds’.
• Create awareness campaigns, external events: Clients seminars, receptions, presentations, etc.
• Oversee schedules for the graphic design team, and managing material flow and schedules, alert HQ of conflicts.
• Coordinate new story leads for Quarterly corporate newsletters.
Ideally you’ll have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject from an accredited university and possess excellent written English skills.
