The RoleThe RolePURPOSE OF THE JOB: To pro actively carry out all necessary work with the local authorities to ensure all staff has correct visas and permits necessary to live and work legally in the UAE. KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB: •The job entails the immigration and Labour Department work for all employees working with Al Rajhi Projects •Submits application to the Labour and Immigration department for all employment, visit and extension of the mentioned visas required by the Company. •Deposits and collects visas •Whenever possible, meet new arrivals at the airport and ensure their speed transit through the immigration facilities. •Arranges medical tests required for residence permit •Ensures issuance of medical cards for the staff. •Ensures all requested visa cancellations are carried out as speedily as possible. •Responsible for ensuring that all documents issued by the immigration Department are correctly stamped at the Port of Departure and that these documents are returned to the Immigration Department at the first opportunity. |
RequirementsRequirementsKNOWLEDGE AND APPLIED SKILLS: •Ability to read and write Arabic and English, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. •Ability to write simple correspondence •Ensures that the best possible working relationships are maintained with all Governmental employees with whom he has contact. |
