Job description / Role
- Process visas for employees and their dependents
- Maintain a database for Visas (all visas and renewals), Multiple-entry visas.
- Update and communicate all issues related to Immigration, Traffic and Labor Department.
- Ensure that the visas (residence and visit visas) and all related processes such as medical tests and passport delivery are conducted with no delay/no complaints with attention to details and complete information are delivered to staff, HR and DMC.
- Send Employment and Family Visa Reminder before the due date
- Liaise with the government agencies and immigration department for visas
- Process in Arabic and English to all documents required (by government departments/ministries or internally for release letters for example)
- Follow up for New Joiners Residency
- Follow up for Leavers' Residency Cancellation
Requirements
- 3 years of Experience in handling visas in UAE
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Administration
- Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Teamwork & Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving & decision making
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong Arabic & English Writing Skills
