Job description / Role
• Understanding of local education and teaching status.
• Awareness of pre-press and press processes and how they impact manuscript development, and time and cost implications.
• Adequate financial knowledge to manage project’s profits & losses and understand how does it input into the company’s profitability.
• Market-focused English Language Teaching publishing experience at project leadership level.
• Experience in working with the range of new media.
• Understanding of publishing technologies.
• Experience in information systems.
Requirements
Master's degree relevant major.
Min of eight-years experience in relevant field.
Experience in working on book and digital publishing projects with large teams (internal and external).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent team-work and organizational skills.
Leadership ability.
Ability to work onto tight deadlines.
