QA Analyst

Job description / Role

QA Analyst with 3+ years of professional experience. The QA Analyst will test all aspects of the companys software, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of our solutions.

You will be working with an amazing group of developers from Australia, Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities:
- Review functional and design specifications
- Backend database testing in Postgresql
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan
- Develop, document and maintain functional test cases
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience
- 3+ years large enterprise or e-business systems experience
- Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
- Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of our software which includes Postgresql, Perl, AngularJS, jQuery and CSS
- Expertise in database testing in Postgresql including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication
- Create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases
- Business process understanding
