Job description / Role
QA Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Develops, implements and manages quality assurance/control program for MODON
- Acts as Liaison between contracts and specifications group and MODON leadership to measure the performance of contractors and consultants against department objectives and established key performance indicators
- Manages procedural compliance
- Collects, tracks, analyzes and reports overall for quality metrics
- Provides and ensures quality assurance training
- Implements ad manages the quality audit
- Liaise with client Quality Engineers to mitigate quality risks to the project delivery from all sources
- Coordinates and facilitates process improvement teams, manages and assures maintenance of quality system documentation
Requirements
- Relevant degree from a recognized University or relevant professional qualification
- Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance on large infrastructure projects
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the Gulf region
- Experience in KSA preferred
- Experience in managing projects' quality programs with KPIs written. Arabic language skills is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Good leadership skills and be able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-discipline team
