Employment: Full Time

A multinational manufacturing company that produces premium quality Industrial Engineering Products is currently recruiting a QA Manager that will be responsible for managing all quality systems related activities on a daily basis, aligning production operations with the strategic framework ensuring achievements of the business strategic objectives.

Job Overview:
- Liaise with ISO approval authority for company audits
- Manage factory inspectors
- Write quality procedures
- Review non-conformities discovered with purchased products or components and work with suppliers to resolve
- Review non-conformities with factory fabrication and assembly and work with factory and engineering to resolve
- Provide feedback to engineering on suggestion to improve quality and/or reduce fabrication time and cost
- Coordinate all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical and controls
- Coordinate with factory during production
- Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements
- Ensure all material certificates and compliance statements are received with goods received
- and are compiled in Data Books
- Collaborates with manufacturing and engineering to solve quality problems

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience as QA Manager in the Manufacturing sector, preferably fabrication of packaged plant and skids in the Middle East
- Must have University Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Industrial / Electrical), MBA is advantageous.
- Must have reviewing client specifications
- Full and qualified understanding of Lean/ Six Sigma Manufacturing methodologies.
- Superior level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference will be given to Arab or European candidates.
