Employment: Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified QA/QC Manager to join our Railway Division.

The position is to successfully coordinate, prepare, document, implement, maintain and monitor a formal and cost effective Quality system in line with the Company Quality policy and ISO standards. This position will be reporting to Railway Director.

Job responsibilities include:
1. Establishing a Quality System for the Railway Division in line with relevant ISO standards and SBG standards by working together with all departments and personnel involved.
2. Responsible to organize, implement, conduct, and manage the QA/QC programs as per the Companys Quality policy and contract specifications, requirements of the project.
3. Motivation and training to all personnel for the effective implementation of Quality system.
4. Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality systems with Railway Director periodically.
5. Responsible for organizing and conducting external, surveillance and follow-up audits for verifying effective implementation of the Quality system, Contract Quality Plans.
6. Responsible for reporting the system defects revealed by the audits to the management.
7. To plan and schedule the program of Internal Quality Audits to evaluate the status and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
8. To ensure that any procedure amendments carried out are informed to concerned functions and the registered copy holders.
9. Assessing the need for each new project, and developing contract Quality control plans and assigning QC staff on full time or sharing basis.
10. To coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc. with engineers and to ensure the QA/QC validation have been done, to ensure the issue, amendment and recall of controlled documents.
