QA / QC - Mechanical

Job description / Role

- Implement, maintain and verify quality system at job site as per company quality procedure and project quality plan.
- Incoming material inspection, review of certification documents and prepare inspection reports.
- Prepare and conduct welding procedure qualification & welder qualification tests
- Inspection of piping/structural fabrication, welding, installation and perform testing activities.
- Inspection of fabrication, installation and commissioning activities for electro-mechanical works (mechanical, plumbing & HVAC)
- Inspection of subcontract works - painting, factory acceptance tests, etc.
- Preparation of inspection reports & maintain status.
- Third party certification of equipments/machinery related to job site.
- Review and compilation of inspection documents for final documentation.
- Attend meeting with client & third party.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical
- Certified to CSWIP 3.1
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the QA / QC field.
- Worked and experienced in ISO 9001 environment.
- Worked in industrial projects involved in multidisciplinary activities.
- Should be computer literate.
- Should be fluent in English both written and spoken.
