QA/QC Engineer - Doha, Qatar
Fit Out And Interior Contractor
Job Purpose:
This position provides specialized support through the application of technical skills, to the delivery of QA/QC systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall quality control of Construction Contractors output in terms of ITPs in liaison with inspectors
- Involvement where required in Work Inspections, Material Inspections,
- Mockup Inspections and Factory Visits
- Contribute to HME reviews of ITPs, Method Statements and NCRs
- Work in liaison with Construction Contractor to close NCRs issued to the Construction Contractor by HME
- Carry out audits of Construction Contractor quality procedures on the project
- Carry out internal Audits of HME as Construction Management and Supervision Consultant on the project
- Manage overall quality process of HME procedures.
- Maintain and update PQP and manage Construction Contractor to maintain and update CQP
- Work in liaison with Employers QA/QC manager to close procedural NCRs issued to HME by the Employer
- Contribute to QA/QC section to HME's monthly report
Requirements
* Engineering Degree
* At least 5-10 years of work experience in major construction project
* Experience working in Fit Out construction works with prior experience in QA QC role
* Experience of working on high end residential projects is desirable
