Job description / Role
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Civil work at the assigned project(s) to ensure the quality of executed Civil design and construction work.
Accountabilities:
Perform site inspections at regular intervals.
Checks, all the implementation of civil work performed, at the end of each phase compares to the contractual agreements, and notifies about the proportion of executed work.
Prepares the Requests for Inspection (RFI), reporting for all civil daily checks, and sends the form to Site Engineer for approval.
Preparing and maintaining material status and material outstanding reports.
Conduct periodic internal quality audits, issuing audit reports to the audit department and follow up on the corrective and preventive measures.
Coordinates between Consultant, Site management, and Subcontractors for solving all Quality Assurance issues on site.
Reports major conflicts and summary of QA/QC Civil work performed to the Project Manager for further action.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of site experience
