The RoleThe Role•Analyse the impact of the organizational strategies and business plans on the nature of quality systems to be established in the organization and plan for the implementation of the same •To develop a broad level strategic framework in the areas of quality systems implementation for the company •To review tender documents and provide quality related data to the Estimations Department and prepare the relevant manuals and procedures •Identify manpower for deployment at site •Responsible for support in the PQCP ( pro quality control plan and procedures), review specifications and address all processes in the functions •Conduct quality audits at site from time to time • Review internal and external audits and co ordinate with respective departments to address their concerns •Responsible for reviewing the inspection test planning, ensuring the third party is carrying out the inspection in line with requirements •Collect key information on quality adherence of key processes, track efficiencies of these processes and report them to the top management •Develop a system of document control for quality systems across the organization •Review the overall impact of the implementation of quality systems and adherence to Quality Systems (as per ISO) within the Department |
RequirementsRequirementsBE / BTECH Degree in Mechanical Engineering Quality Management Systems Course ASNT Level II Welding Qualification Should have been an auditor with CII, DNV, TVV Should have had experience of auditing companies in the EPC space(Desired) 20 years of minimum experience of which five years should have been spent as the head of the function, preferably in the EPC space |
