Job description / Role
JOB ROLE:
1. To establish quality Control Procedure and Inspection and Test plan for Internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy as per clients requirement.
2. Implementation of QA/QC procedure & ITP .
3. Setting up of QC norms for Internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating Plant
4. Assist in Qualification testing of coating products
5. Liaison with TPI/Clients/Consultant on quality System/Procedures
6. Planning and Coordination for Inspection & Testing Equipment , Material & manpower for each project.
7. Conducting joint Inspection with client representative for final clearance.
8. Handling of Customer Complains related to quality matters
9. Having long experience handling internal coating jobs of leading Oil & Gas companies, like PDO , ARAMCO, ADNOC, OXY
Requirements
REQUIRMENTS:
Min 15 years experience
Min qualification - Diploma - B/E engineering preferred
Ideally have experience of working in the middle east
Experience of setting up QA/QC procedures for a plant
excellent communication - fluency in English required
