The RoleThe RoleYou have the overall responsibility and delegated authority to verify the implementation of Sixco’s Quality policy on the project, through the design, procurement and construction activities at the site in order to ensure that the project’s technical programme and quality objectives are met. . You are responsible for the following main activities: - Developing& implementing the quality plan - Ensuring that the quality control systems work properly (in accordance with the quality plan). - Coordinating and leading the quality control team, including site inspectors. - Participating in all coordination meetings for worksite quality control and provide the interface with the clients so as to obtain the authorizations and approvals required for carrying out the work. - Organizing internal quality control audits. - Ensuring the administrative follow up of documents related to the quality management system. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou have a degree of civil or industrial engineer in construction. You have at least 10 years of experience in quality control in a contracting company.The ideal candidate should be specialized in the finishing of luxury hotels. You have at least 3 years worked on a managerial level. Arabic language is an asset. You anticipate on standard situations and take initiative. You demonstrate great ability to work effectively and efficiently in a pressured and busy working environment. You plan, organise and prioritize own work. You seek confirmation of your priorities when confronted with unusual situations and you report on the state of affairs. You understand your role in the team. You demonstrate responsibility and ownership and report spontaneously to your manager. You summarize data logically. You deal with similar or regularly recurring situations and start to apply risk management analysis. |
