Job description / Role
We are looking for an excellent QA/QC Manager for our multi-billion infrastructure project in Doha.
You will ensure engineering oversight to the project, incoming, and finished good products with regard to Quality Control and Quality improvements.
Be responsible for maintaining proper control throughout the facility and ensures company compliance to regulations and procedures
Provides metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Participates actively in the Quality Assurance program for suppliers. Provides leadership in Nonconforming Material handling. Provides leadership and guidance in Quality Control activities.
Manages activities to assure operational quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
15 years QA/QC, including 10 years quality management of construction projects.
Extensive knowledge of QA/QC management practices, processes and current technology.
Proficiency in the use of computers and software packages related ot QA/QC. Proven experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 900, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and similar organisations.
Ability to communicate clearly, conduct presentations to managements and interface effectively with a large diverse group of professionals.
